Refunds / Returns
Starrlite Creations prides itself on giving back.
*** If there is a defect in your items, we will refund you. We must be notified within 30 days of date of shipment and provide a copy of the original receipt of purchase with date.
*** If you do not receive the correct items, we will send you a code to reorder the correct item for free. (You do not need to send us yours back). Please notify us VIA EMAIL to let us know. We must be notified within 30 days of date of shipment and provide a photograph of the item received.

Packages Returned to Starrlite Creations by Canada Post
Orders returned to Starrlite Creations due to an incorrect or insufficient address are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us by your local post office, we will notify you via email (if you have provided an email in your order) with the specific reason stamped on the envelope by your local post office.
We are a drop shipping company
Products may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal. Some orders may take up to 60 days to arrive. Average shipping time is 20-30 days depending on where you live. If you did not receive your order in 60 days please email us and we will resolve the problem.
